I liked the program and its duration as it was compatible with my work and family (despite having little time). I did research on the trainer and saw that he was a great professional in the field. After participating in the training program, it triggered to me more needs than merely acquisition of knowledge. He encouraged me to undertake new actions in the HR department. Thanks to this training and its application in the company, we were congratulated in the annual quality audit.
