We innovate in face-to-face training through the process of acting, reflecting and establishing indicators to verify the progress of the training plan and validate its understanding. METODOLOGY
The methodology will consist of acquiring the required competencies (knowledge, skills and awareness), through learning by doing methodology. Everyone will develop practical exercises during the course so that the training changes and allows visible improvements in their job position. In this way, students will be able to put into practice what they have learned in their workplace. The theoretical contents of the course will be complemented by “powerful” questions, focused on the coaching methodology which are intended to be followed up to maintain the interest of the participants.
In this way, not only a training action is given but also a personalized consulting work for each participant, in fact an evaluation is made for each of the projects and ideas that will be developed during the course.
Through this process, better training and learning is achieved through the real practical use of the knowledge acquired and having projects and ideas for improvement tested and evaluated.
