YOAC is a European project under the action key Erasmus+ KA3 – European Youth Together. The project aims to create networks that promote regional partnerships, to be managed in close collaboration with young people from all over Europe. The main objective of the YOAC project is to organise exchanges, promote training and enable young people themselves to create joint projects, all through both physical and online activities.

YOAC stems from the recognition that political participation and personal involvement are usually driven by strong emotions, which in turn come from real experiences.

Key elements of project practices:

• Building on pre-existing successful practices at local level, the project aims to encourage youth political participation by developing and testing a new experiential model of political and social participation.
• To improve the connection and exchange between grassroots NGOs at European level.
• Aim to establish a concrete connection between young people and policy makers at local and community level.

The partnership is composed of Spain, Italy, Croatia, Lithuania and Romania.
