Promoting entrepreneurship among micro_SMEs and young people
Objectives:
INT4FURN project aims to promote entrepreneurship among micro_SMEs and young people and thus create high-quality new employment and internationalization opportunities. Internationalization training course will be designed to provide micro-SMES and young micro-entrepreneurs in furniture sector with the basic business skills and digital business opportunities in an international environment to develop their business by utilizing self-Assessment Tool via Digital Learning Hub
Implementation:
In order to achieve the objectives of INT4FURN project, 5 dedicated work packages are planned and will be implemented.Work package
n°1: Project Management.
n°2: ECVET compliant Internationalisation Training course for inclusion in VET entrepreneurship trainings.
n°3: Creation of Self Assessment Tool for learners.
n°4: Digital Internationalisation Leaning Hub.
n°5: Dissemination and exploitation.
Specific objectives:
- To develop the skills of those who are in danger of social and professional exclusion due to the technological advancements, such as low-skilled or older professionals.
- To assist the integration in the occupational and social life of vulnerable groups, such as people with intellectual disabilities, elderly, migrants and refugees, SGBV survivors and more.
- To educate SMEs in more sustainable business processes.
- To promote mental health and human values through awareness-raising, training and support services.

Greece, Netherlands, turkey, Portugal Estonia and Spain.
