Empowering Youth Workers: Disseminating Knowledge from the Palermo Training Course
On Sunday, February 4th, youth workers convened at Instituto Ikigai in Zaragoza, Spain for a pivotal event stemming from the insights gained during a transformative training course held in Palermo, Italy. This gathering marked a significant milestone in the ongoing efforts to enhance socio-relational skills among professionals dedicated to supporting youth across Europe.
Hosted as part of a collaborative endeavor under the umbrella of a pioneering project on emotional intelligence, the event brought together a diverse cohort of youth workers from public and private organizations. Their shared goal: to internalize and apply the learnings acquired from the Palermo training course, with a focus on effectively addressing the socio-emotional needs of young people.
Facilitators, possessing a wealth of expertise derived from extensive research and practical application, guided participants through a series of structured presentations, interactive workshops, and engaging discussions.
