We are happy to share that we will participate in the third edition of the Laboratorio de Innovación Abierta en Igualdad (LIAI 2026), organized by the Servicio de Igualdad y Mujer del Ayuntamiento de Zaragoza and Grupo Init through CIEM Zaragoza.

We are proud to support this initiative, having been invited as a recognized example of inclusion and diversity in the workplace. LIAI brings together people and organizations committed to building more inclusive, equitable, and people-centered work environments.

What is it about?

This year’s edition focuses on learning by doing. Under the motto “Look, Feel, Move and Act,” participants will engage in a dynamic and participatory experience designed to inspire reflection, connection and action. It’s a space to share experiences, exchange ideas, and work together towards a common goal:

“Building workplaces where everyone feels valued and respected”

At Instituto Ikigai, we strongly believe that inclusion is a necessary step towards building sustainable and collaborating organizations, and we are delighted to be part of this journey.
