At Instituto Ikigai, we believe that social change comes from bringing together people with purpose. Today, we want to share the story of Lara, a committed young woman who decided to cross borders to join our team and contribute her talent to our international projects.

Lara didn’t just come to observe; she came to build. During her stay, she has been an active part of managing programmes that transform realities. From conceptualising proposals for European funding to facilitating local workshops, her time at the Institute has left an indelible mark on both our team and the goals we pursue.
