NEXT LEVEL TRAINING CYCLE: Your future starts here!
Youth, independence, and the leap into adulthood: we know just how exciting yet at the same time, how challenging it can be to take those first steps toward independence.
That’s exactly why Instituto iKigai is proud to present the NEXT LEVEL TRAINING CYCLE , an intensive and completely free training program organized in collaboration with Zaragoza Joven (CIPAJ).
If you’re between 16 and 30 years old and are looking for the right tools to navigate the job market, manage your personal finances, and find your path, this program is exactly what you need.
Course Schedule
All sessions will take place from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM:
26 October 2026: Discover your ikigai and your talent
Your compass for the future. Find out what motivates you and what your true talents are through Ikigai, work on your self-leadership with participatory activities and Design Thinking, and take your first steps towards defining your own purpose.
27 October 2026: Understand your payslip
Financial independence and contracts. Learn to read a payslip with no secrets, manage your income and save, and discover everything you need to know before signing a rental agreement: legal duration, your right to terminate after 6 months, rent updates based on the official IRAV index, and how to spot unfair clauses or improper agency fees.
28 October 2026: Social media and job hunting
Digital tools at your service. Learn how to use social media and job platforms to boost your professional profile, showcase your strengths and soft skills, and create a CV and cover letter that help you stand out in recruitment processes.
