Cooperation partnerships in youth
The project focuses on the inclusion and diversity in education, training and youth which means to identify the needs of young jobseekers with less opportunities and allow them access to non-formal soft skills training such as communication and team working, a more attractive approach to young people, will encourage their participation.
Target Group:
- Professionals working in structured support networks to help youth find employment
- Training organizations for professionals
- Unemployed and/or low-qualified young people in precarious employment
The specific objectives of the project are:
- To facilitate the creation of curriculum including training and guidance materials for youth workers promoting diversity, fairness, and inclusion, to overcome bias, promote equal opportunities for people from more diverse backgrounds by trained youth employment agents
- Increasing quality, innovation, and recognition of youth work: youth employment agencies are the bridge between young people and their successful journey to a fulfilling job
- To facilitate the creation of a training program for young jobseekers to acquire the essential soft skills necessary for today’s labor market, to increase the quality of their application and to improve their employability
- An accessible-to-all website/platform for young jobseekers to access trained youth training agents, to have interaction and assessment sessions; and to receive guidance and training through online and/or remote access to strengthen their soft skills
- To bridge the gap between the skills required by the labor market and the existing skill set of the young jobseekers through utilization of a customizable intelligent tool on the differences in human interaction by the youth job agencies, leading to insight about skills.
The partnership is composed of Spain, Malta, and Netherlands.
